Diff Prev is the time difference from the previous entry in the list.
Eg. Ostberg is 13 seconds behind Latvala.

M = Factory Driver
WRC2 = Cars with less power (different class).
All times are local times.

Like they've already said, M is a driver eligible to score points for their manufacturer, WRC2 is a lower spec class, diff previous is how far they're behind the car ahead of them, and stage start time is the local time (central European time, 6 hours ahead of US eastern)
